This system features plates with a 3-hole EZ Grip. The plates are reliable and durable. The gripping system makes this easy to use and offers affordable quality. All plates have machined edges and centers consistent surfaces and are produced from the highest quality iron casting available. Plates have a gray finish. The set includes one 7 foot Olympic style bar with a chrome finish two 45 pound weights two 35 pound weights two 25 pound weights two 10 pound weights four 5 pound weights two 2. 5 pound weights and two spring collars.
