Pit Shark Row and Pull

The PIT SHARK® ROW&PULL is a complete station for Rows, Pulling movements, and Shrugs. Padded adjustable bench for chest-supported Rows can easily be removed and stored at the back of the unit giving ample room on the platform for Pulling movements such as Deadlifts, RDL’s, and Shrugs. Choose to do the movements with either the single handles or the straight bar that comes with the unit. The movement of the right and the left weight arms function independently of each other for both unilateral and bilateral movements.
